Unsecure antispyware programs
There are a lot of so-called anti spyware programs, which even do more damage than good to your computer.. If you have any doubt please post the programs you have installed. 100% reliable programs are :
- Adaware - Spybot - AOL Spyware protection - Bitdefender 9 - Counterspy - IE SpyAd - McAfee - Microsoft Defender - Norman Adaware - Norton - Pest Control - Spywareblaster - Spywareguard - Spyware Doctor - Spysweeper - Yahoo Antispy Furthermore under NO circumstances you should click on those pop-ups you get telling that your computer is infected!!!! Those are the worst. If you have any other anti-spyware installed post it here and i will tell you whether it is sfe or not

I agree 100% with the above.. Spybot is one of my personal favorites.
Also, Housecall will scan not only for viruses, but malware/greyware as well. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/startcorp.asp Free, and fast.
